MCCORKLE’S SHRIMP PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:
BOBOLI THIN CRUST
1 TO 2LBS. OF SHRIMP
FRESH BASIL
FRESH SPINACH
PECKERONI CHEESE
MOZZARELLA CHEESE
SLICED TOMATOES
INSTRUCTIONS:  REMOVE HEADS FROM SHRIMP
ADD SHRIMP TO BOILING WATER for 30 SECONDS
REMOVE SHELLS FROM SHRIMP and LET COOL.

PLACE FRESH SPINACH TO COVER BOBOLI CRUST GENEROUSLY, THAN PLACE SINGLE LAYER OF BASIL.
PLACE SHRIMP ON TOP OF THE GREENS, ADD A SCATTERED LAYER OF SLICE TOMATOES, THAN THE GRATED PECKERONI & MOZZARELLA CHEESE.
BAKE 400 DEGREES 10 TO 12 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED & HOT.  THE SHRIMP SHOULD BE CRUNCHY.
